1. About Taxor
Taxor is an AI-powered accounting and compliance assistance platform designed to help businesses process financial documents, automate bookkeeping workflows, and improve compliance efficiency.
Taxor is a software tool. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, or accounting advisory services.

You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs
- Final accounting decisions remain your responsibility
Taxor does not replace professional judgment.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Taxor may integrate with third-party services (e.g., accounting software, cloud storage providers, email platforms).
By connecting third-party services:
- You authorize Taxor to access necessary data
- You agree to comply with those third-party terms
- We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Use the Services to process fraudulent transactions
- Interfere with platform security or performance
We may suspend access for misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and technology are owned by Taxor or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription period.

9. Fees and Payments
If you subscribe to paid plans:
- Fees are billed as described on the pricing page
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Failure to pay may result in suspension
Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We will treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only for providing the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

- Continuous availability

Taxor is not liable for financial decisions made based on AI suggestions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Taxor shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Data loss beyond our direct control
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxor from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
- The Service is discontinued
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
